Meet Jennifer

Certified Pilates Instructor

She focuses on prenatal breastfeeding education and individualized postpartum lactation support, both virtual and in person.

Her pre/postnatal Pilates class is a gentle mix of stretching, strengthening, and breathing exercises for women in all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Building flexibility and strength to help the body move in a safe and controlled way as it changes throughout pregnancy, and facilitates healing and recovery postpartum. This will helps to relax the body and mind and relieve stress! No previous Pilates experience necessary.
