What Maintenance Looks Like

The Goal: Maintain drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water every day.


Tips: Each time you go to the kitchen, drink a glass of water, when you use the bathroom, drink a glass of water.


These are small ways to get your water in and after you've build these habits it will become second nature for you.
