What Dehydration Looks Like

It's important to know and look out for signs of dehydration as the can lead to both minor (in the beginning stages) and severe side effects.

Be extra vigilant about sipping water when your out hotter temperatures, exercising, and especially the combination of those two things!

Trainer tip: Plan ahead for outdoor activities in warm weather. There are half gallon and gallon water jugs that you can purchase to use and refill your water bottle if you won't have access to drinking water otherwise.
