Let's Get Ready to Set!

When it comes to establishing new habits, planning and prepping are two of the surest ways to success. Here is what we recommend for getting started, as well as some tips on how to make drinking half your body weight in ounces of water a breeze!

Tip #1: Get yourself a nice waterbottle. We recommend ones that are stainless steel or glass because we love our environment too! You can also find ones with hour markers on them to make sure you are drinking consistently throughout the day!

Tip #2: Set alarms on your phone reminding you to take a few sips.

Tip #3: Stay tuned for some recipes to liven up your drinking water. We promise they will be delicious!
